Wholesale Details

Here are some things you should know about your new wholesale account. If you have more specific questions, you can check out our support page or contact support@stonebridgeimports.com

• All price tags are retail prices. To start, your prices are set at a specific percentage off of the retail prices. You can see what percentage you have off on our website’s home page, or in the side menu.
• As your business grows, you may qualify for deeper discount levels. We evaluate your account activity on an annual basis.
• There is no minimum purchase limit.
• You are welcome to shop both in our retail shop as well as the warehouse.
• Most items are wholesale-able, but there are some exceptions. Items marked with a yellow tag, have "Retail-Only" written on the tag, items on the “Clearance” shelf, and some jewellery in the storefront (such as Kerart Jewellery), are all exempt from wholesale pricing. Most of these items can be purchased online for retail price at The Rock Space, or in-store.
• Don’t have time to shop? You can place your order online and select curbside pick-up and let us do the shopping for you - we will pick the best of our stock!
• Custom orders for large volumes of a product can be requested. Minimum $5,000 order. Keep in mind that we import these products. Lead times can vary but can take up to 6 months to arrive if we don’t already have the product on-site.
• To see your current account status or previous orders, you can login to your account at the top of the side menu. Once you log in, all prices you see online will be your wholesale prices already calculated.
• We are very serious about keeping your information safe. Most communication is done by email, any questions or concerns email: support@stonebridgeimports.com.
• To protect your information you must call us to authorize someone else to use your account.

 

Product Disclaimer

We ship from our warehouse and retail shop, all order are subject to availability. As a unique work of art, natural stone patterns may vary in colouration, veins and texture, even being alike. Besides, image colour may vary from actual product due to monitor settings. Products made by different artisan could also show variations. Two pieces will never be exactly the same. Stonebridge is not liable for such variances.

 

 

Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Amex. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact name, billing address and telephone number (i.e. name, the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you).

Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in Canadian and U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check.

For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed.

We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

 

Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will not be shipped.

We don’t usually accept back orders, except if it is for a special arrangement. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt.

 

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. StonebridgeImports.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

 

Other Conditions

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Stonebridge Imports Ltd. signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

 

Taxes

Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. Every order is subject to HST tax. Exception is for business international orders.

HST tax applies to all Canadian customers (all Provinces). We are responsible for duties and fees on importing orders for customers abroad.

 

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

 

Currency Exchange

All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars. The currency setting to USD is for approximation only and based of the current day XE.com servers. Actual conversion rate will be processed by your credit card provider or PayPal. All invoices and information provided by us will be in Canadian Dollars.
